There is no charge for luggage if they fit in the trunk of the requested vehicle.

Yes, we do have a Lost and Found Department. All lost items are brought to our main office at the end of a driver’s shift and we attempt to contact the passenger to arrange the return. The Passenger will be responsible for a $30 charge for handling plus the shipping charges.

For ALL airport arrivals the pickup time should be made for the time the flight is scheduled to land. If you would like to be picked up at another specific time, then you should reserve for that specific time. Whereas for airport drop off, we always recommend that you are at the airport at least 1.5 hours before your Domestic Flight departure time and 3 hours before your International flight departure time.

You may cancel your reservation without charge by calling us 24 hours before pickup time but we are flexible with our loyal customers. If you give notice less than 6 to 8 hours, a late cancellation charge upto 50% will be made to your credit card depending on the circumstances.

ESL Limousine Service is accepting Master Cards, Visa Cards, Discover Cards, Debit Cards, American Express, and Diners Club Cards.

You could always ask your driver for a cash receipt. If you forget, please call us at +1 (888) 289 6588 to request a copy of your receipt and provide us with your name, number, date of the trip, pick-up location/destination along with your total amount.

The customer is always responsible for paying the tolls.

Gratuities are at the discretion of the passenger and can range between 15-20%.
